Ingredients for self care:

-wake up before the sunrise to do sun salutations
-peppermint foot soak and lotion
-manicure and pedicure
-vegan homemade face mask (agave, oats, cocoa powder and coffee grinds)
-coffee
-candlelit breakfast

All done with 30 minutes to spare before my morning yoga class.
